To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to our Services with watermarks on exported content.

Paid Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for any renewal.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the sermon content, manuscripts, and other materials you upload to our Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Services.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools based on your input belongs to you. You are free to use, modify, and distribute this content for your ministry purposes.

Our Content

The Services, including our software, design, graphics, and documentation, are owned by Sermon Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created when required to disclose
• Use the Services to generate content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization

Disclaimers and Limitations

AI-Generated Content

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publication. We do not guarantee theological accuracy and recommend pastoral review of all generated materials.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERMON STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sermon Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
